RIVEIRO Y ASOCIADOS, Certified Public Accountants - Advisors, is a firm of accounting auditors and tax experts of the Argentine Republic and that was created back in the month of June, 1981.
RICARDO E. RIVEIRO, is the founding partner and the person managing the departments in charge of INTERNATIONAL TAXATION AND TRANSFER PRICING.
Partners and staff have been trained by leading international firms. Expertise, personal services and the solid human capital composition are the pillars supporting this Accounting Firm to face the challenge implied by rendering services of excellence. These professional services are rendered to medium and large business clients, both national and international.
RIVEIRO Y ASOCIADOS is a member of IECnet with more than 65 offices around the whole world and it has professional advisors abroad in order to provide suitable counselling and gain the necessary local expertise in any sort of business intended to run in the international arena.
The Riveiro and Associates (“Riveiro y Asociados”)´s Transfer Pricing was created in 1999, right when said legislation was launched in that country. Besides working with argentine legislation, the Department has carried out Transfer Pricing Reports for Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, Uruguay and Spain. In 2014, the Department won the 2014 Transfer Pricing Advisory Firm of the Year in Argentina award from a British Institution. Transfer Pricing and International Taxation are both the specialized core areas of expertise of Riviero y Asociados, and the “door-openers” for its traditional services (Tax and Auditing).
We are not one of the biggest companies, though we´ve been trained by them. We can hardly be called a small firm, though we know very well how to be flexible and satisfy client needs. To us, it´s not a matter of size, but of being keen experts on the maters we handle.
