AGM Package for Delegates: 1750 € per person
(Excluding accommodation, air fares, transportation from and to the airport, additional meals and drinks).
The package includes welcome drinks and dinner on Wednesday, followed by the AGM Conference on Thursday and Friday, lunch buffets on both days and dinner on Thursday at Augustiner Stammhaus. On Saturday, a full-day social excursion to Neuschwanstein Castle is included, as well as the gala dinner at Oscar Maria in the evening.
AGM Package for Accompanying Persons: 1150 € per person
(Excluding accommodation, air fares, transportation from and to the airport, additional meals and drinks).
The package includes welcome drinks and dinner on Wednesday, a guided Old Town Orientation on Thursday, followed by lunch at Restaurant Laurin, with the option to join an additional afternoon activity. The evening includes dinner at Augustiner Stammhaus. On Friday, the program features a morning of fun, architecture, art, and design, lunch at Restaurant Ella, and free time in the afternoon to explore Munich with dinner recommendations provided. Saturday offers a full-day excursion to Neuschwanstein Castle, followed by the gala dinner at Restaurant Oskar Maria.
