The APAC 2025 will take place from 28-30 May 2026 in Sydney, Australia, hosted by MNSA at the Paradox Sydney Hotel.

APAC Package for delegates: 800 AUD per person

(Excluding accommodation, airfares, transportation from and to the airport, additional meals and drinks)

The package includes welcome drinks and a welcome dinner at O Bar on Thursday, 28 May 2026. On Friday, 29 May 2026, it covers the full-day APAC Meeting at the Paradox Sydney, including coffee breaks and a buffet lunch, followed by the Vivid Sydney Harbour Cruise with dinner. On Saturday, 30 May 2026, the package includes lunch at O Bar and the Wildlife Tour.

APAC Package for Accompanying Persons: 660 AUD per person 

(Excluding accommodation, airfares, transportation from and to the airport, additional meals and drinks)

The package includes welcome drinks and a welcome dinner at O Bar on Thursday, 28 May 2026. On Friday, 29 May 2026, it covers a visit to the Centrepoint Tower Observation Deck, lunch (venue to be confirmed), a visit to the Botanical Gardens, QVB High Tea, and the Vivid Sydney Harbour Cruise including dinner. On Saturday, 30 May 2026, the package includes  lunch at O Bar and  the Wildlife Tour.
