Mr. Saman Siri Lal, who was a Senior Partner of a major Firm of Chartered Accountants in Sri Lanka, left the Firm and acquired Ratnayake T. A. & Company Chartered Accountants in April 2016, functioning as the Firm’s Managing Partner.
Mr. Vijith Kumar, a senior Chartered Accountant with many years of exposure in Sri Lanka and overseas joined the Firm as Partner Audit and Assurance & Taxation with effect from 5th February 2019.
